If your premium plan expires, your data doesn't stop.

When a premium subscription ends, your account returns to the free tier automatically. Nothing is deleted. No data is locked. Your fact sheets, availability calendar, photos, partner connections, and existing API tokens all remain fully active.

Your partners still receive your data through the platform. Your API integrations continue to work. Your widget still loads on your website. The only change: you return to the free tier limits. Any data beyond those limits is preserved — you simply cannot add more until you reactivate a premium plan, which you can do anytime from your account settings. No re-setup required.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The free plan is permanent, requires no credit card, and does not expire. All core functionality — fact sheets, availability, partner connections, photos, document exchange, and API access — works on the free plan. Silver removes the numerical limits (accommodations, photos, users).

Silver raises the free limits — for example, from 15 to 30 photos per property, from 30 to 90 invoices per month, and it adds 3 authorized sub-users and AI Fact Hydration. Gold goes further still (500 partner connections, 150 invoices per month, and the highest data and API limits). Every platform feature is included in all tiers; the plans differ by limits, not by features.

Your account returns to the free tier. All your data, partner connections, and API tokens remain active. Partners continue to receive your data normally. You simply return to the free limits — 1 accommodation visible, 15 photos, 1 user. No data is deleted.

The free tier is free for everyone — including tour operators — so you can create an account, connect with partners, and pull data via API at no cost. The premium tiers (Silver, Gold) have the same features for both sides but different prices: because operators consume far more data than hotels, operator pricing is higher. No. The free plan requires no payment information at all. You only need a card when upgrading to Silver.

Yes. You can upgrade anytime from your account settings, and cancel anytime — your premium plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account reverts to the free tier.

Premium plans are billed monthly or yearly (yearly saves 10%). You can pay by credit card (Stripe) or PayPal, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel. All prices shown include 19% German VAT. Payments are non-refundable — if you cancel, your plan simply stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

No. Ananas GDS distributes non-bookable operational data — fact sheets, availability charts, photos, invoices, and documents. It does not process reservations, bookings, or payments between hotels and guests.
